This installation for South Carolina roofing company, was planned to maximize the rack space available in this pitched roof warehouse space. This was accomplished by using (2) beam levels on the outside walls, and (3) beam levels on the inside section. Pallet racks on the outer walls were 12′ tall. The inner section racks are 16′ tall with a heavier duty load beam of approximately 6,300 lbs. All levels are equipped with wire decking. This tool manufacturing facility was set up using (4) pallet rack beam levels with wire decking on each level. The end usage was to store small parts on pallets. The photos show the show the frame layout before the next beam levels go up.
